OUR Approach TO HAIR AND SCALP

At BYCHRISTINA.THESALON we feel strongly about hair and scalp.

We are continuously educating ourselves so we can better educate you and help you achieve the end goal of amazing hair.

We do not believe in pushing colours beyond product recommendations, and if we believe that your hair condition will not cope with the service you are asking for we will not go ahead with that service. In this being said we always recommend an over the phone or face to face consultation prior to your colour service if you are a new client. This will assist us with knowing how much time to allocate for your service and help with understanding the final goal.

All Colour Corrections must have a face to face consultation prior to your appointment. A colour correction is if you have been somewhere and are unhappy with your colour and need it “fixed” or if you are changing your colour completely.

Please note if you have booked in for a colour and we have allowed a certain amount of time for that service and there is a change of mind - you must call and notify us of the change as we are not a hair salon to rush hair.

We will not do something we do not have time for as we pride ourselves in great work.
